Your group is always welcome for any special celebration. We offer three basic options for group functions. Option 1: For an informal gathering, just come on out. We ask that you be respectful of other guests and only take one seat per person. No table or chair holding allowed. You are always welcome to bring in your own lawn chairs or blankets. Option 2: If you would like guaranteed reserved space set up for a set number of guests under the tent, you can reserve space for up to 50 people for a flat fee of $150. The tents will hold multiple parties on any given day, this is not a private event nor is the whole tent reserved -- it is a reserved space with tables and seating for up to 50 guests. No additional tables will be provided for food/cakes etc. Food must be kept on the tables you have reserved and where your guests will be sitting. You may bring in an additional table for food but it must be kept within your reserved area as assigned by dayshift managers. Please call us at 636-475-5008 or e-mail us for more information. Option 3: We offer private reserved space in the four season pavilion. There is a $250 charge for renting the pavilion during the hours of 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. However, that room must be vacated and cleaned up by 4 p.m. Please call 636-475-5008 for more information or e-mail us. RESTRICTIONS: We do not allow you to decorate anything but the table tops. No confetti or shredded papers allowed anywhere on our property. We do not allow candles, chaffing dishes, crock pots, anywhere on our grounds. The use of any electrical outlets are prohibited anywhere on the grounds. No outside music of any kind is allowed as the winery has live music on Saturday and Sunday and provided background music daily. No off-site alcohol is permitted for any reason. |
