Large Party Reservations (April - Mid November)
We offer two large party reservations daily within our Vineyard Tent, which has views of the winery, vineyard and lake. The area is not exclusive to your group, as the Vineyard Tent holds two reservations (Tent Space A & Tent Space B), as well as open seating for daytime guests. The reservation areas are designated by wine barrels and white rope, securing the seating area for your group, but still allowing you the full winery experience.

- Additional 2 tables for your use
- Outside food and non-alcoholic (must be in the original sealed containers) beverages are permitted
- Rental time is from 11am to 4pm
- Rental fee: $200.00 each section, non-refundable (add a 3% charge for credit card transactions)
You are welcome to bring in outside food/snacks, so long as nothing requires open flame or electric, such as crock pots or chaffing dishes. Tablecloths and centerpieces are allowed. Hanging decorations and tabletop confetti is not allowed.
Large Party Reservations (December - March)
We offer two large party reservations options during winter months:
Vineyard Room $150.00
We have created a private space for you to enjoy during winter months by enclosing the pavilion area near the Vineyard Tent. We attach temporary clear sides and have a thermostat controlled heater to keep you and your guests cozy warm. The room has a paving stone floor and includes seating for up to 50, as well as two additional tables for food or gifts. This area does not have bar service (food or beverage) so items have to be ordered/purchased in the Four Season Room. The reservation is from 11am to 4pm and the room is exclusive to your group. You are welcome to bring in outside food/snacks, so long as nothing requires open flame or electric, such as crock pots or chaffing dishes. Tablecloths and centerpieces are allowed. Hanging decorations and tabletop confetti is not allowed. Non-alcoholic beverages, such as soda and water, are allowed as long as they are in their original sealed container.
Four Season Room Seating Reservation $100.00 (Sundays Only)
We offer a reservation for seating for up to 25 guests within the Four Season Room. Your reservation is from 11am to 4pm and includes one additional table for food or gifts. The area is not exclusive to your group, as the Four Season Room is the general seating area for daytime guests. You are welcome to bring in outside snacks, so long as nothing requires open flame or electric, such as crock pots or chaffing dishes. Tablecloths and centerpieces are allowed. Hanging decorations and tabletop confetti is not allowed. Outside beverages of any kind are not allowed in the Four Season Room.
Additional options and services
We offer a variety of additional options and services for daytime large party reservations. Additional services and options must be contracted and paid in full at least 14 days prior to your scheduled event.
Linen Package $50.00
Each of the tables within your reservation area will be covered with white linen tablecloths. Linens will be placed on the tables by our staff by 11am and are to be returned to Villa Antonio Winery staff by 4:30pm.
Private Bartender $100.00 per hour
A bartender will be available to you and your guests for the duration of your choosing. The bartender can assist in wine selections, tastings and sales. The tasting bar will have to be setup within your reservation area so please be aware of your guest count and space. Wine tastings are not included and are priced according to standard rates. A bar set-up/tear-down fee may apply.
Private Server $50.00 per hour
A server will be available to you and your guests for the duration of your choosing. The server will deliver and set-up your lunch package order and the remove trash and box up leftover items you wish to take with you. Set-up is on the additional tables within your reservation area. This does not include additionalset-up tables or area, other than that designated within the reservation area.
